My life as an Estate Agent in Lancaster began in the late 1990’s as an Office Junior in a local High Street firm, back in the days when a three bedroom semi detached house in prime South Lancaster would sell for around £80,000.
Since then I have sold, let & managed thousands of local properties in Lancaster, Morecambe, Heysham & surrounding areas whilst working for a small independent estate agent & then a large national estate agency in Lancaster.
Frustrated with the “company before customer and profit before people” approach, as well as the desire to work in all areas of Property Sales, Lettings & Property Management, I decided to branch out on my own; to offer local homeowners the service, advice & results needed with the care & attention I would expect if I were selling or letting a property.
Going back to being fully involved in the day-to-day job that I always loved, rather than managing a team, going cross-eyed reading spreadsheets and doing lots of tick box exercises (they still count as actual exercise right!? ) is something that was long overdue.
