My life as an Estate Agent in Lancaster began in the late 1990’s as an Office Junior in a local High Street firm, back in the days when a three bedroom semi detached house in prime South Lancaster would sell for around £80,000.
Since then I have sold, let & managed thousands of local properties in Lancaster, Morecambe, Heysham & surrounding areas whilst working for a small independent estate agent & then a large national estate agency in Lancaster.
Learning the property industry in Lancaster from the ground up; Sales Negotiator, Sales Manager, Lettings Manager to Branch Manager, I wanted to continue my property career in my hometown, without having to choose whether to sell or let local properties.
